Please use this tool when evaluating a platform partner by ranking them using the below criteria.

• Please score the vendor’s demonstrated ability for each criteria. Where a “0” reflects: “Did Not Demonstrate Capability” and a “5” reflects “Clear Demonstrated Capability”.

• Please assign weights appropriate to your organizations’ needs from 0 to 5. 0 being not important at all, 5 being very important to our organization. Based on our experience, we have given some example values that you can use if you wish. 
• The form will auto-calculate the vendor’s weighted score for submission
